As an organisation that focuses on leadership development, we put honesty first and foremost. In fact, we view this quality as the single most important element of leadership growth.

We tell our clients the truth, no matter how risky or challenging. We are here to serve our clients, not to protect our insecurities or income.

We never gossip, triangulate or speak behind anyone’s back. It's the direct conversation or bust.

Kindness

The secret to deep self-development

Kindness is the cornerstone of psychological safety – which, in turn, is what drives deeper development work. What’s more, we know that kindness and honesty must go hand-in-hand in order to engage in healthy relationships of all kinds.

Our commitment to kindness is demonstrated by these two practices :

We speak and act from an intent to warmly include and befriend others.

We remember that no-one needs fixing, they only need to remember they are already whole and worthy of the deepest respect. See them and treat them that way

When it comes to developing true self-awareness, accountability is paramount. Without it lies blame, denial, avoidance and dishonesty – which is why accountability is central to all we do.

In any challenge or difficulty we ask ourselves “What’s my part in this?” first and we own it and grow from it.

We hold each other to account for our agreed values and our commitments. We know accountability keeps us collectively on track with our values and aspirations.
